By accessing or using the Cathaleya Souvenir website (cathaleyasouvenir.com) or by placing an inquiry or order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site or our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Cathaleya Souvenir designs and produces custom, personalized souvenirs and keepsakes for events including — but not limited to — weddings, baptisms, birthdays, corporate events, graduations, and other milestone celebrations.

All products are made to order. We do not maintain a ready-made inventory for purchase. Every item is crafted based on the specific details and preferences you provide during the inquiry process.

Submitting an inquiry through our contact form or messaging us via Facebook Messenger does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is only confirmed once:

• We have acknowledged your inquiry and discussed your requirements
• A quote has been agreed upon by both parties
• A deposit or full payment (as agreed) has been received

We will make every effort to respond to inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Response times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., December, Valentine's Day, Holy Week).

Prices are quoted on a per-order basis depending on product type, quantity, materials, and customization requirements. All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms, accepted methods, and deposit requirements will be communicated during the order confirmation process. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. Once a quote is agreed upon and a deposit is paid, the price is locked for that order.

For personalized items, we will provide a digital proof or mockup for your review and approval before production begins. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all proofs carefully, including spelling, dates, names, and design details
• Providing timely approval or change requests within the agreed turnaround window
• Ensuring that any text, photos, or logos you supply do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

Cathaleya Souvenir is not liable for errors that were present in an approved proof. If a reprint is required due to client-approved errors, additional production costs will apply.

Production and delivery timelines are estimated and provided during the order confirmation process. While we strive to meet every deadline, Cathaleya Souvenir is not liable for delays caused by:

• Late receipt of client-provided materials or approvals
• Force majeure events including weather, natural disasters, or government-mandated disruptions
• Third-party courier delays outside our control

We strongly encourage clients to place orders well in advance of their event date to allow sufficient production and delivery time.

Because all products are made to order and production begins after proof approval, cancellations after production has started may result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment already made.

If a product arrives defective or not as agreed, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue. We will assess and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, reprint, or a partial refund, at our discretion.

Refunds are not issued for errors approved by the client in the proof stage, or for changes of mind after production has begun.

All content on this website — including text, photographs, design elements, logos, and product images — is the property of Cathaleya Souvenir or used with permission from their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any site content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

By submitting photos, logos, or other materials to us for use in your order, you confirm that you have the rights or permission to use those materials and that their use does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights. You grant Cathaleya Souvenir a limited license to use submitted materials solely to fulfill your order.

We may photograph completed products and use those images for portfolio and marketing purposes (website, social media). If you prefer your order not be featured, please let us know in writing at the time of inquiry.

When using this website or communicating with us, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or our systems
• Use our contact form to send spam, unsolicited offers, or harmful content

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Cathaleya Souvenir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including — but not limited to — loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific order.

This website and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or harmful components.

Product photos on this site are representative and may vary slightly from the finished product due to screen color calibration and material variations.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Manila, Philippines.
